Process of Becoming

THE FREQ

Transmission #00004: PRI(S)M — SUBLIMATION — Process of Becoming

Threshold

There's a moment. It's quiet. Easy to miss. When something inside you starts to take shape, outside of you.

It's not forced, or planned.

The second your hand moves, your voice rises, your hair lifts— a piece of your inner world enters the outer one.

That's sublimation.

Not the act of making.
The process of becoming.

It's where what you feel becomes what you create, and what you create begins to shape who you are.

When Light Shifts: The "S" in P.R.I.S.M.

Welcome back Fellow Freqs, let's dive back in.

So far in this PRISM series, we've moved through Perception, Reflection, and Imagination.

Seeing differently. Understanding differently. Envisioning differently.

Sublimation is where the P.R.I.S.M. asks something deeper of you:

to become differently.

Creation isn't about output. It's about your identity. Your person. Your story. Your mark.

Every time you bring something into form, you're choosing the direction of your becoming.

(Read that again and let it land.)

Not for performance, but transformation.

You're not creating to prove anything.

You're creating because it's how you get to understand yourself.

How you process.

How you move.

How you grow.

Sublimation is the art of transformation — when your internal experience becomes external expression, and in doing so, it shifts you. It frees you. You free yourself. (You get it.)

A Lens Shift: Retuning Production to Presence

Creativity reframed abstract image

We're taught to think of creativity as making something.

But sublimation reframes this.

What if the creative process isn't about producing, but about shifting?

What if the greatest creative act is changing your mind?

And get this…

To do that, you have to go deep within and locate the big stone castle where the heart is.

That's where truth lives, and truth is what gives creativity its direction and originality. (In a future transmission, Amir sheds light on creativity vs. originality. Don't miss it.)

Breaking Point — A Personal Story about Waking TF Up

There was a moment in the not-too-distant past when I realized I'd been carrying old baggage I didn't know was still attached to me.

Patterns I had picked up to cope with shitty feelings. Excessiveness and recklessness had become normalized, but what I hadn't realized was the trauma that led me to the poor decision making had since faded – but the patterns stuck around.

The wound had healed.

The habits hadn't.

What they created was like a UV light leak — a slow bleed of energy I couldn't see but could definitely feel.

Energy that should've been moving into love, presence, creation… was being dumped into avoidance.

It's a story for another time and wavelength, but the question I learned to ask myself was:

"Is this actually good for me?"

The answer came fast.

No.

But here's the part that surprised me:

Once I trusted the truth inside me, decisions became clear.

It wasn't a fight. It was a release. Seriously. How could any of those things be serving me?

A block disappeared, or I moved it.

Either way, the energy came back into my life.

Back into loving myself.

Back into being present.

Back into creating from truth instead of escape.

That's when sublimation became real for me.

Not fixing.

Not performing.

Just allowing myself to feel, to see with new eyes, and the ability to change.

That's the very definition of transformative thinking.

A Note on Destiny

“Watch your thoughts, for they become words.
Watch your words, for they become actions.
Watch your actions, for they become habits.
Watch your habits, for they become character.
Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.”
Often attributed to Frank Outlaw; exact origin uncertain.

Reflection

What inside you is ready to take form?

Not what you think would be impressive.

Not what would be useful.

What energy, emotion, or vision is pressing against the edges, asking to be seen?

Spark Change Activity

Embed a 60 second timer here. Hope it works.

seconds remaining
The Block-to-Form Practice

1. Name one thing you're avoiding feeling right now (fear, sadness, anger, restlessness)

2. Give yourself permission to feel it for 60 seconds. Seriously. Set this nifty timer and just sit with it.

3. Then immediately: turn it into something. Write it, draw it, speak it out loud, do the funky chicken or whatever else shakes out.

The form doesn't matter. The transformation does.

Closing Mantra

Let inspiration move through you.

Let imagination refract within you.

Let creation flow out of you.

You don't just change your life.

You change your frequency.

You change the world.

This is sublimation.
This is how you become.

Next Transmission: MAGNIFICATION

Where form becomes FORCE — and the creative energy you've brought into the world begins to move outward, influence others, and spark new possibilities. It's where expression becomes impact.

I sure hope you keep your dial adjusted. I already can't wait to meet you there. Thank you for being part of this imaginative adventure with me, Amir, and all the other Freqs out there!

Reply and let me know if this transmission opened anything up for you.
